How a stay becomes a film
Lay the photographs on the table. Watch the house move with only what is already there. This is the whole method — not a crew, not a rebuild, a quiet edit of the rooms you have.

The photographs are the film
Look — up to 5 photographs. Walk — up to 12. Stay — a full listing set. We do not scout, restage, or rebuild the house.

One photograph, one shot
Each still is a single take. Rooms are not composited. The order is the stay: outside, then in.

Motion already in the frame
A slow push. Light on plaster. Linen, steam, dust. Nothing is invented.

Hard cuts. One file.
No dissolves. You choose the ratio — 9:16, 1:1, or 16:9 — by email, within forty-eight hours.

What to send
Look — up to 5 photographs. Walk — up to 12. Stay — a full listing set. Outside first, then the rooms as a guest walks them. Daylight if you have it. The pictures you already use are enough.

What we do not do
We do not visit. We do not restage. We do not add a pool, a view, or a sofa that is not in the frame. If a photograph is dark, the shot is dark.

What returns
Look — up to 5 photographs, up to 15 seconds, silent. Walk — up to 12 photographs, up to 25 seconds, optional song. Stay — a full listing set, up to 45 seconds, optional song. Ratios 9:16, 1:1, 16:9. No visit. 48 hours from photos and receipt at clipcasastudio@gmail.com.
How it works

- 2. Email your listing photographs and the Stripe receipt to clipcasastudio@gmail.com.
- 3. The film is sent in 48 hours.
- 4. You receive the file. No login. No visit.

Ratios: 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9.
Rules
The film uses only rooms that appear in the photographs you send. Nothing is invented.
One revision if a cut is wrong. Not a remake of the house.
Optional song on Walk and Stay only. You name a track you have the right to use, or accept a royalty-free bed.
Photos are used only to make your film. They are not posted without asking.
If something goes wrong
If the film cannot be delivered in 48 hours, the payment is refunded.
After delivery there is no refund for taste.
