About ClipCasa
Tomás · Owner
I started ClipCasa after looking at too many listings that had been asked to shout. A house does not shout. It is entered, slowly. The photographs were already good. They were still.
The idea is only this. You send the photographs of the stay. We give them life — each still becomes a shot. Motion that is already in the frame: a curtain, afternoon on a wall, steam over a pan. Hard cuts. Nothing rebuilt. Nothing invented.
We do not send a crew. We do not restage the furniture. We do not make a palace of a terrace, or a terrace of a palace. The film is the house you have, in the order a guest will live it: outside, then the rooms.
In forty-eight hours the film returns by email, as one file in the ratio you choose — 9:16, 1:1, or 16:9 — so the house can be shown as it is lived. Payment is in pounds, after we write. Hosts write from anywhere.
A listing is often asked to be more than the rooms. I would rather the rooms be seen. That is the work.
